Some users want to transfer their data to another computer or external drive, but not aware about that “how to export data from MS-Outlook”. Outlook helps and gives you the perfect way to export your data safely.
Here, I am taking the example of MS-Outlook 2007 to show you that "HOW TO EXPORT DATA FROM MS-OUTLOOK 2007". Don’t worry, this property also works in the latest versions of Outlook like 2010, 2013.

Have a look at the steps to Export data from MS-Outlook 2007:
Step1)
Click on “FILE”
tab and a drop down menu will appear, then click on “IMPORT AND EXPORT” option.
Step2)
A small pop-window named “IMPORT AND EXPORT WIZARD” will be on screen and ask for you to select an option to perform. Choose the “EXPORT TO A FILE” option and click on “NEXT”.

Step3)
At
this step, the window will give you several options to choose a particular
format to “CREATE A FILE OF TYPE”
for file which you are exporting like .PST and .CSV and click on “NEXT” button. You can choose anyone from this list, but personally my suggestion for creating
an export file is .PST or .CSV.
Step4)
Now, pop window will ask to select the folder for which you want to execute this transformation process from your current MS-Outlook files in “SELECT THE FOLDER TO EXPORT FROM”. Then click on “NEXT” button.

Step5)
On the step 5, you have to select and confirm the path & the file name in the “SAVE EXPORTED FILES AS” option. Now, Your file will be a saved on that specific location which you used in “SAVE EXPORTED FILES AS” option for that particular Outlook file.

When you select an particular path for exported file the pop window also show you three option:

a. Replace duplicates with items
exported.
b. Allow duplicate items to be created.c. Do not export duplicate items.
Step7)
Click on “OK” and then “FINISH”.
