How to Add Email to Blocked Senders List in Microsoft Outlook 2007

Get frustrated with list of sending junk/spam emails in Microsoft Outlook. And want to take some action against such spam emails or want to block spammer in Outlook?

Most of the time, we received unusual emails from any organization or any particular email ids which are not much important. But, these incoming emails in Outlook increase the size of Outlook data file.

There is a way to overcome from such junk or spammy emails in Outlook by adding their names to the blocked list in Outlook. You can add the name or email id of junk emails in Outlook 2007 and blocked him/her. Its works like email filtration in Microsoft Outlook, which block senders in Outlook.

Follow the given instructions to block email sender in Outlook:

1.) Go to the “Tool” menu and click on the “Option” button.

2.) By clicking on the “Option”, you will directly move on to the new pop window. Here, select the “Preferences” and click on “Junk Email” button.


3.) Now, go to the “Blocked Senders” tab and click on “Add” button.


4.) Click on “Ok” after entering an email address in the “Add address or domain” pop window.


5.) Finally, make a click on “Apply”.




Note: Apart from adding an email address to blocked senders list, Outlook also provides an option to import and export the list of email addresses in MS-Outlook.
